By downloading or using LeanWallet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
LeanWallet is a personal budgeting and expense-tracking tool. You manually enter your financial information, and the App helps you track spending, budgets, reports, and streaks. LeanWallet is not a bank, financial advisor, or money-management service and does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and your own financial decisions.
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
Do not reverse-engineer, disrupt, access others' data, or use the App unlawfully.
The App and its content (excluding data you enter) are owned by us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
Governed also by our Privacy Policy. You own the data you enter and can delete your account and data anytime via Profile → Delete account.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or losses arising from your use of the App or financial decisions you make.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the App and delete your account anytime.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY / JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
